1. On ATTICA: The delivery of your order is within 4-6 business days. The order will carry out, either by company’s car or by courier.

You can pick up your order from our store.

2. OUT OF ATTICA: The delivery of your order is within 6-10 business days. Sending outside of Attica will be done with a general transport company (agency). The goods will be delivered to the respective transport agency, which will be provided by the buyer or the respective transport agencies that our company cooperates with. Beyond that, the agency and the client take over. Carriage of goods with an agency is carried out under the responsibility of the customer and the cost of this is borne by the customer.

3. ABROAD: We can send orders outside of Greece. In that case, the way and the shipping costs are determined in consultation with our company.

Delivery times are indicative and may depending from conditions, such as strikes or extreme weather events. Delivery times do not count weekends and holidays.

The goods travel under the responsibility of the customer.

If the item can not be moved from an elevator, or its weight is large for its transport from stairs, a lift is used, the cost of it is charged by the customer.

  3. Via our e-shop filling in the necessary information.

DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDERS

 Please make sure that the address you are entering is correct.

Delivery of your package may take up to 6 business days, due to availability of stocks.

It is better to enter a pick-up address to which someone will be present to receive your order during work hours, for example in your workplace. If there is no one authorized to pick up and sign for the order at the pickup, a note will be left in your mailbox informing you of the incomplete delivery and where you will be able to pick up the packages. In cases where the parcel will be returned to STERN because it was not received or due to an incorrect address, we will compensate the purchase price but not the shipping charges that are charged to you.

If the product is damaged during transport, please immediately inform STERN and if it possible send pictures.
